Shipping

Where does Nephews ship?

Nephews currently ships to all 50 states. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. We currently do not ship internationally, but are working to bring our product everywhere. **Items from the Luca Fersko Collection will ship internationally for a limited time.

    Tell me more about shipping:

    We offer a few different delivery speeds because sometimes you need it now:

    • Priority & First Class Mail: 1-3 business days
    • Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days

    When will my order ship?

    Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship. Ordering takes seconds. Processing takes 1 to 3 business days (and orders placed after 5 p.m. EST are processed the next business day). Then USPS takes it from there. You’ll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

    Can I have my order expedited?

    Not at the moment.

    I’m having problems with the tracking.

    In a few cases, the carrier takes 1 to 2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out and we can give you the inside scoop.

    How can I edit my shipping address?

    If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email hello@nephews.co

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my product?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of placing the order and must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged. You will be refunded to your original form of payment. Please note your original shipping charges will not be refunded. **Items from the Luca Fersko Collection cannot be returned nor exchanged.

How do I return it?

To return a product, email hello@nephews.co to receive a return code.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. We will notify you via email once it is all said and done. Also, remember you’ll have a complete refund, minus any shipping charges.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from what you order, we’re so sorry! Please contact us as soon as possible- hello@nephews.co

Where should I drop off my return?

You can drop the package off at any USPS Post Office or USPS collection box.

What about exchanges?

As of now, we do not accept exchanges, sorry. We suggest you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original product, that way you’ll know if it is in stock or not. Then you can return your original order and receive your refund.

What if my product is damaged or defective?

Oh no! If you have a damaged or defective product, email hello@nephews.co with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will take it from there!

Payment

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed. When you receive your confirmation email, your card has been charged and we are prepping your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash, checks, and/ or money orders. Also at this time, we do not accept international credit cards nor PayPal.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

On no! Here are a few things to check out if your payment did not go through:

  • 1) Check to be sure your card’s billing details match what you have entered in,
  • 2) Is your card expired?,
  • 3) Your card provider may have declined your payment so it’s best to check with them as well, If none of these apply, contact us at hello@nephews.co and we’ll be happy to help.

Orders

How can I update my order?

Please email us at hello@nephews.co as soon as possible if you would like to change your order. Our fulfillment center moves pretty quickly but we will do our best to process the request.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can view your order status on your account page, which is updated as soon as you place the order and then once again when your order has shipped.

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

Only one promo code will work during checkout; if you have been awarded two Nephews promo codes then choose the one you would like to use more!

Can I receive a student discount?

Of course! Add your .edu email when creating an account to receive a $5-off code to use on an order. You can’t, however, apply the discount to any previous purchases- it could get complicated.

Will I be charged sales tax?

You’ll only be charged sales tax if your order is shipped to a New York address.

For now, our products are only available on Nephews.co

At Nephews, we design for you and only work in the best materials, which means comfort and ease in everything you wear.
