Lace up those dancing shoes and mark your calendars for February 13—it’s Hello Love or bust.
Hello Love is one of the finest Valentine’s Day dance parties, thrown by New York’s most free-thinking community of queer men, Hello Mr. And Nephews will be there, loving the cause and loving the threads. We have the privilege of partnering with Hello Mr. as this year’s apparel sponsor, but you don’t have to wait until February 13 to get your swag, shop the Hello Love store anytime to get your Nephews x Hello Love threads.
Hello Love is not just an event—it’s a celebration of love’s ups and downs, pleasures and pains, magic and missteps. It’s a way to bring life and authenticity back into an otherwise commodified holiday. Hello Love is about expression. Hello Mr. has enlisted the help of visual artists to voice all the things that love can mean—be it complex or simple, beautiful or painful. And Hello Love is about sharing. You can share the love around too by slipping into your Nephews x Hello Love threads and hashtagging #hellolove2016.
And if you’re not yet familiar with Hello Mr., it’s time you two met. Hello Mr. is more than a magazine—it’s a community of queer men who value individuality, authenticity, emotional intuition, and perhaps most importantly, new conversations about love, hopes, and fears.
We dig the Hello Mr. motto and we’re thrilled to be a part of this year’s Hello Love event, so come dance with us. It’s a ticketed event, so make sure to keep an eye on the Hello Love website to stay on the up and up.
Remember the joker who said you couldn’t wear the Perfume Genius tee to the Perfume Genius show? Scratch that. Gear up for Hello Love and represent by sporting your Hello Love Box Tee, Sweatshirt, or Muscle Tee. Double good, eh?
